At this stage, I’m looking for an industrial designer or mechanical engineer who can help with: What I need now (Phase 1 of project): Review concept direction under NDA Provide feedback on feasibility and ergonomics Help translate rough sketches into a clean industrial design Create early CAD (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.) Prepare the design for later DFM review (injection molding/LSR molding) Guidance on wall thickness, arch geometry, bristle flexibility, etc. Ideal experience: Experience with LSR/silicone product design Experience with flexible or bristle-like geometries Experience designing beauty, hygiene, or hair tools Understanding of textured, curly, or dense hair (not required but VERY helpful) Ability to create manufacturing-ready CAD files Optional: familiar with dual-durometer silicone design Important: I cannot share the full design until an NDA is signed.
