We’re seeking a highly skilled industrial designer to help develop a line of flatpack furniture and modular saunas that combine beautiful design with exceptional usability and cost efficiency. You’ll be responsible for creating aesthetic, functional, and easy-to-assemble designs that can be manufactured and shipped efficiently. The final deliverables should include fully detailed CAD files, exploded views, and technical drawings ready for factory production. Key Objectives: • Design visually stunning yet minimalist furniture and sauna products • Ensure fast, tool-friendly assembly and strong structural integrity • Optimize for flatpack shipping (low volume, low weight) • Minimize manufacturing and material costs • Deliver fully detailed blueprints and production-ready files Requirements: • Proven experience designing furniture or wellness products for manufacture • Expertise in CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar) • Strong understanding of materials, joinery, and packaging design • Eye for modern, minimal, functional aesthetics • Ability to translate concept sketches into full production documentation Please include 5+ examples of your prior flatpack or modular product designs and indicate any experience with factory-ready documentation.
