Fresh Solutions, a growing commercial cleaning company serving Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by promoting our office, medical, industrial, and specialty cleaning services to potential clients. Your primary focus will be identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing contracts for one-year or longer service agreements.

This position is ideal for a self-starter with strong communication skills and a proven ability to sell B2B services. You’ll have the freedom to work independently, set your schedule, and earn uncapped commissions based on the contracts you close.
