The JOB

• As a Server, your friendly, energetic, and professional personality will be the face of the Restaurant. We are looking for team member to work AM and/or PM shifts. In this position, you serve top-notch food and beverages with class and style adding to the wonderful start of a new day of the guest's dream vacation. As a server, you will be a key contributor of driving our guests' happiness by treating each guest experience as its own, sharing your extensive menu knowledge to drive the guest experience.

• Requirements
• As an H-2B Cook, your primary responsibility is to prepare high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines. You will ensure that all dishes are cooked to the proper specifications, portioned accurately, and delivered in a timely manner to support smooth kitchen operations. Daily tasks include setting up and stocking workstations, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your shift, and assisting with inventory rotation and storage.
• You will collaborate closely with fellow cooks, chefs, and servers to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold the property’s culinary standards. Attention to detail, consistency, and a strong sense of teamwork are essential in this role. Additionally, as part of the H-2B cultural exchange program, you’ll have the opportunity to share your culinary background, learn new techniques, and contribute to a welcoming, diverse, and high-performing kitchen environment.
