We are a B2B vertical SaaS platform in the waste-management and hauling industry, and we are seeking an experienced implementation workflow specialist to help us build a comprehensive, industry-specific onboarding and migration playbook. This role involves documenting, mapping, and optimizing the entire customer implementation lifecycle—from migrating data out of 5+ competitors’ platforms, to structuring onboarding workflows, training processes, and post-onboarding triage procedures. Your deliverable will become the internal blueprint for how our team executes implementation at scale. We need someone with strong operational thinking, deep attention to detail, and familiarity with SaaS implementation best practices.
