- What You’ll Do
- Install HVAC equipment according to company policies and manufacturer specifications.
- Install or replace HVAC equipment including ductwork, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pumps), and rooftop package units.
- Design duct systems to deliver optimal comfort and energy efficiency.
- Complete wiring of both low and high voltage to heating and cooling equipment.
- Braze and solder copper refrigerant lines for air conditioning units.
- Install flex and sheet metal duct systems in residential and light commercial buildings.
- Connect gas lines to heating equipment safely and accurately.
- Pre-measure jobs to determine correct materials and equipment.
- Receive, confirm, and load materials and equipment into company vehicle.
- Support teammates to complete projects on time and to quality standards.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Perform equipment readings and interpret results correctly.
- Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle.
- Perform other related duties as directed by management.
- Requirements
- What You Bring
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
- High School Diploma or GED (EPA Certification a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical job duties safely
- Strong experience with heat pumps, air handlers, 120V/240V electrical, and ductwork installation
- Insulation experience preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service mindset
- Valid California Driver’s License pursuant to company policy

- Education: High School Diploma, or GED equivalent
- Experience: HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
- License/Certification: EPA Type II (Preferred)
