- Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some required weekends and overtime as the business needs
- About the Role
- We are looking for an Entry-Level HVAC Installer/Duct Work / Warehouse Support team member to assist our installation crews and support daily warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and is looking for a long-term career path in the HVAC industry.

- Responsibilities
- Installation Support
- Assist experienced installers with HVAC system installations and replacements
- Heavy focus on ductwork — installing, modifying, sealing, and supporting duct systems in attics/crawl spaces
- Prep job sites, organize tools, and help maintain a safe, clean work area
- Assist with moving, staging, and loading/unloading equipment and materials
- Warehouse & Parts Support
- Pull parts and materials for daily jobs
- Restock and organize inventory
- Prepare equipment and materials for upcoming installations
- Pick up and deliver parts to job sites or vendors as needed
- General Responsibilities
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
- Communicate with dispatch to stay on schedule
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
- Provide professional, respectful customer interaction

- Requirements
- HVAC and installing duct work experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record per company policy
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying temperatures
- Ability to be flexible in work schedule and job tasks
- Must posses and team work and can-do attitude
