JCI is a community-based organization providing Vocational Training, Employment Programs, and Manufacturing Solutions in Eastern NC counties. We generate revenue through our programs, manufacturing, and entrepreneurial endeavors. OUR MISSION - JCI is an entrepreneurial, private, nonprofit corporation dedicated to empowering people with disabilities or disadvantages to succeed through training and employment.
