HubSpot Expert for On-Demand Support (Sequences, Blasts, Optimization) Description: We’re looking for a HubSpot expert (not just email marketing) who can be available on demand to support our sales team with: -Creating sequences -Kanban Board / Deal Pipeline Setup -Building and optimizing marketing blasts -Advising on HubSpot automations and workflows -Prospecting feature (new) -Teaching/coaching our team in real time This is not an agency role. We want a hands-on HubSpot ninja who can: Answer questions quickly Show us how to get things done efficiently Help optimize our current HubSpot environment Work with us short-term, with potential for ongoing work We’ll do the work ourselves — you’ll be our go-to HubSpot expert for guidance and problem-solving. What we’re looking for: Proven HubSpot expertise (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub) Fast, responsive communicator (Slack availability preferred) Comfortable coaching while problem-solving No agencies — individual freelancers only Engagement: Short initial stint, followed by ongoing ad-hoc support.
