The Process & Operations (P&O) team at Zillow, part of the Employee Service & Operations (ES&O) team, ensures efficient HR operations through process optimization, strategic product collaborations, and ongoing enhancements. They optimize HR service delivery by enhancing case management, streamlining employee support, and improving efficiency with tools like ServiceNow and Glean. Their goal is to create a seamless employee experience and ensure efficient interactions with support systems. By partnering with the Product team, they align technology solutions with the evolving needs of the People Org and other Shared Services teams.

About the role

Join our team as an HR Process Analyst and play a crucial role in streamlining internal processes, leading centralization efforts, supporting continuous improvement, and roadmap initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with various teams to make a significant impact on our operational efficiency.

You Will Get To:

  • Foster an efficient support environment by optimizing processes and maintaining detailed documentation, enabling employees to quickly find accurate and current information.

  • Drive continuous improvement by aligning with HR and tech stakeholders on requirements and solutions.

  • Centralize manual tasks from the People Org and Shared Services teams to the Employee Service Center to improve efficiency and consistency.

  • Document processes, create training materials, and lead knowledge transfer sessions for the Employee Service Center.

  • Evaluate and quantify time savings achieved from centralization and automation efforts.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate inefficient internal processes.

  • Use data and insights to inform decisions on process improvement and self-service content.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $81,200.00 - $129,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of project management experience, focusing on process optimization or change management.

  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and delivering optimized solutions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across teams.

  • Preferred experience in HR operations or Shared Services environments.

  • Proficiency with tools such as ServiceNow or similar workflow management systems.
