- Ensuring ongoing compliance with California labor laws at the same time work with our chosen and existing HRIS and payroll system - Supporting day-to-day HR needs, and providing practical, real-time guidance, solutions and execution - Manage workforce effectively - Support on employee relations matters - Answers to employee's HR questions - Consultation and execution on hiring, terminations, and disciplinary actions - Monitoring of federal and California-specific employment law changes - Draft company policies, employee handbooks, offer letters, and all HR related documents and agreements - Reminders, guidance and execution of legally required trainings in California (e.g., Harassment Prevention Training under SB 1343 and AB 1825) - Support and set up in identifying appropriate vendors or platforms to deliver trainings - the execution of employee onboarding, offboarding and termination -Service is on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment. -Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
