Summary

Front desk professional that greets and directs visitors to appropriate staff and provides back up for the Executive Assistant/Office Manager when necessary.

Major Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage office security ensuring employees enter with a badge and visitors are greeted and signed into the Guest Log
  • Answers phone and covers as needed for Receptionist at other offices
  • Receive and distribute office supply orders for the employees and ensure break room is stocked
  • Serves as back up for the Executive Assistant/Office Manager as needed
  • Assists the Executive Assistant/Office Manager with the coordination, planning, and set up and break down of employee special events, volunteer events, meetings, and other activities. Organizes materials, reviews transportation itineraries, assists with catering orders, books venues and services as needed
  • Provides administrative support to the Human Resources team as requested - prepares, edits, proofreads correspondence to include the handling of confidential information, letters, and memos. Also prepares purchase requisitions, payment requests, and other department forms, reports, spreadsheets, charts and documents as requested.

  • Participates in Human Resources projects and initiatives.

  • May be assigned other duties as required to support the organizational goals and objectives.
Job Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required as well as the ability to manipulate in web portal environments and other software utilized by the Company. Ability to multi-task and organize in a detailed manner is essential.

Associate's degree from two-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
