Job Description Job Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders and managers in assigned business units to understand their strategic goals and translate them into actionable HR initiatives and solutions. Drive the implementation of talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs. Coach and advise managers on talent-related matters. Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Champion employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment. Support organizational design efforts, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to optimize team structures and adapt to evolving business needs. Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices, and advise on reward strategies aligned with business unit performance. Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and provide insights to business leaders for informed decision-making. Lead or participate in various HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services and processes. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, preferably within the financial services industry. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex HR concepts clearly and concisely. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to HR. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
