Role Description
As a HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Providing Human Resources Business Partner support to the Drinking Water business.
- Accountable for the implementation of the People and Culture Strategy for the organization, executing projects and initiatives driving engagement of teams and boosting growth, performance, and competitiveness of the organization.
- Deploying People and Culture strategies to drive the engagement of sales teams to achieve the business targets.
- Leading talent management efforts for the organization supported to ensure we have the right talent and a strong diverse pipeline of talent to execute our strategies.
- Partnering with leaders to execute organizational design initiatives in alignment with business priorities, portfolio decisions, operating model changes, etc.
- Providing coaching to leadership team members and their people leaders to ensure they are supported and that their voices are amplified into the broader Solventum organization.
- Driving actions and initiatives to create a high-performance culture among the sales organization.
- Establishing governance, mechanisms, and tools to better connect individual and organizational performance.
- Implementing change management actions and strategies to ensure that employees are on board, activate the culture, and absorb the constantly changing environment.
- Responsible for the end-to-end process and execution of key programs for the organization, such as team effectiveness, organizational optimization, learning and development, and others.
- Partnering with HR M&A team on any potential future strategies for the drinking water business.
- Providing expertise in strategic workforce planning, including identifying current and anticipated capabilities and aligning the appropriate strategies to address.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR higher AND seven (7) years of experience as a HR business partner.
- OR High School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of experience as a HR business partner.
- M&A experience in a matrixed organization.
- Experience in a global organization.
