Summary

  • Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and the Human Resources Department. This role serves as a key point of contact for team members, supporting a wide range of personnel, compliance, and employee engagement activities. Performs related duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include

  • Serves as the first point of contact for team members visiting or contacting the Human Resources office, providing a high level of customer service and coordinating employee visits as needed.
  • Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of employee events, recognition programs, and HR-led activities.
  • Responds to employee inquiries and requests, escalating matters as appropriate.
  • Assists with research initiatives, special projects, and departmental initiatives.
  • Schedules meetings, interviews, and appointments.
  • Assists with compliance efforts related to federal and regulatory requirements
  • Prepares correspondence, processes mail, and performs clerical duties.

  • Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED/equivalent.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • One (1) year of administrative or HR-related experience preferred.
  • Experience with HR Systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel objects.
  • Frequently required to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone.
  • Ability to work in an office environment with standard equipment.

Work Environment

  • Employees working in the Casino or Bowling Center may be exposed to second-hand smoke and moderate levels of noise.
