Position Overview: Concertina is seeking a Global Resource HR Administrative Support (Remote) professional to provide key administrative support to the HR team of a high-performing client in the mining and construction industry. This role will support a range of HR functions including new hire data entry, benefits administration, insurance billing reconciliation, and managing employee updates.
You will also assist in streamlining onboarding/offboarding tasks, such as creating and removing system access, while ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout all HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter new hire information and assist with onboarding processes in HR systems.
  • Process employee updates such as address changes, direct deposit, and departmental shifts.
  • Administer benefits enrollment and termination, support open enrollment, and reconcile insurance billing.
  • Manage system access for onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records.
  • Support lodging and travel coordination for team members.
  • Assist with various administrative and compliance-related HR tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Prior experience in HR administration with familiarity in benefits and compliance tasks.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and HR software systems.
