I’m on the Board of the Houston Symphony and I need an easy reference guide to help me remember people—faces, names, and a few key facts. The main deliverable is a booklet, not just a spreadsheet. It should follow the same order as the Symphony’s printed program (Board → Trustees → Legacy Society → YAC). If a person appears in more than one section, use the exact same page each time—no changes. Each page needs 2–3 photos (recent, recognizable), a short, factual bio (one paragraph, plain English), their current title + company, and a few memorable facts that help me recognize them. At the bottom of each page, add hyperlinked text (not long URLs) to their LinkedIn profile and any articles/mentions you find. There will also be a simple Excel sheet to support the booklet—used for sorting names/donation levels and verifying entries. If this goes well, we may expand the spreadsheet later with phone and email fields.
