MSK is seeking a Housing Maintenance Aide to provide the general services and amenities required for the operation of our quality residential buildings. These services include cleaning maintenance in all interior and exterior areas, general routine repairs, and when needed, monitoring of front desk activities and outside contractor services. Role Overview: Maintain appearance of both the exterior and interior common areas of assigned property through scheduled cleaning maintenance. Perform daily refuse and recycling material collection Perform general routine repairs Assist in preparation of vacant apartments to make ready for occupancy As requested and needed, perform periods of front desk relief duty Provide front desk coverage as required, maintaining responsibility for mail, packages, keys, and visitor management.
