• The Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to help our team provide excellent service to our guests. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in one of Uniontown's finest locations.

• The Housekeeping Supervisor will assist in leading the management and direction of the Housekeeping operations in accordance with established guest service and Hilton Brand standards.

• The Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown is a busy hotel, proudly serving visitors to Uniontown for almost 10 years. We have a restaurant, bar, and banquet space to serve guests and group needs. The hotel is managed by Prospera Hospitality, a proud Pittsburgh based hotel management company with over 20 years of experience managing hotels, restaurants, and convention centers.

What you'll do

• Assign housekeeping tasks to staff and inspect work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
• Respond quickly to guest requests/complaints in a friendly manner. Relay appropriate requests or complaints to appropriate subordinate or manager. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide training to the housekeeping staff.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
• Perform various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.
• Follow company philosophies, policies, and procedures and be able to effectively communicate them to team.
• Assist the Rooms Manager with recruiting and hiring new talent for the Housekeeping Department.

• Requirements
• Previous hotel experience is a plus.
• Previous Housekeeping experience is a plus.
