Crisis Clean Team is a woman-owned biohazard remediation company, born to compassionately serve communities across Minnesota. We support hoarding cleanup, extreme filth conditions and helping neglected homes.

We’re looking for part-time Technicians with weekday availability to join our growing team. You choose the shifts you want to work. This is a great fit for housekeepers, CNAs, janitors and others who are detailed oriented, compassionate, dependable, and level-headed in challenging environments.

What You’ll Do

• Work onsite at homes needing hoarding correction and deep cleaning
• Sort, organize, and remove personal property based on client needs
• Identify important or sentimental items to preserve, including documents and keepsakes
• Clean contaminated or unsanitary spaces (feces, pest waste, heavy filth), always in full PPE including a ventilated mask
• Follow direction from onsite leadership while contributing to a respectful and team-centered environment

What We Offer

• Starting pay of $22/hour with clear steps to reach $25+/hour within the first year

• Mostly local work (Minneapolis–St. Paul and surrounding areas) with optional travel (we cover all expenses)

Ideal Backgrounds

• Housekeeper, Janitor, CNA, PCA, Residential Staff, Group Home Caregiver, or experience in any high-empathy, hands-on field
• Comfortable with physical labor, lifting up to 30 lbs+, and long shifts when needed
• Professionalism and empathy in sensitive environments
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Availability during daytime weekday hours is required
• Acceptable background check
