I’m looking for an experienced residential designer, architect, or CAD drafter to modify an existing house plan sourced online. We are using only the first-floor plan and exterior elevations—no basement or upper floor design is needed. I will provide the reference plan files and screenshots. ⸻ Project Scope / Required Modifications Structural & Exterior Adjustments: • Remove the porch, hearth, and deck over the master suite. • Extend the rear deck outward to create a larger outdoor space. • Adjust building footprint as needed to support these changes. Entry / Circulation Adjustments: • Relocate the main entry and stairway to the right side of the layout. • Reconfigure surrounding walls and circulation accordingly. Interior Layout Adjustments: • Extend the kitchen to the right to create a larger kitchen footprint. • Adjust bedroom locations and layout to match a new, more functional configuration (details will be provided). • Include a 3-stall garage layout (instead of the current garage configuration).
