Key Responsibilities

• - Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, directing guests and staff to the appropriate departments or individuals
• - Manage the hotel’s main switchboard, ensuring efficient call routing and message delivery
• - Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests and callers
• - Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude
• - Maintain accurate records of messages, calls, and other communications
• - Assist with administrative tasks related to communication and guest services as needed
• - Ensure the switchboard area remains organized, clean, and well-maintained

Skills and Qualifications

• - Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• - Strong customer service orientation and professionalism
• - Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• - Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems preferred
• - Previous experience in a customer service or switchboard operator role is a plus
• - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• - Attention to detail and organizational skills
