We are a family owned organization choosing to focus only on the specialized care that is hospice - and the multidimensional physical, emotional, spiritual and family concerns that often go with it. Coping with a life-limiting illness can be an overwhelming experience that warrants an individualized interdisciplinary approach. This is where our clinicians excel. Your hospice plan of care includes Nursing, Social Work, Aide Care, Chaplaincy, Volunteer support and oversight of a Hospice Physician. We also offer specialized complementary therapies beyond what is typically covered under the hospice benefit - Music Therapy, Pet Therapy. Reiki, Legacy Projects and unlimited Bereavement support.
