Teachers To Go is looking for a part-time in-person homeschool teacher to teach a 14 year old girl (roughly at 5th-6th grade level) with dyslexia and mild ADHD at her home in St. George, UT 84790 Monday-Friday mornings from 8am-12pm. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right teacher: a part-time morning position teaching one student that pays $40/hour ($800/week). This is an immediate opportunity for the current fall 2025/26 school year. A female teacher is preferred since the student is female.

Looking for a certified teacher who has some prior experience teaching students with learning differences (either inclusion or special education) who is able to connect with and teach homeschool to a 14 year old girl. (The family is willing to collaborate with the teacher about which curriculum will be used.) The teacher will work to identify educational and other development, and review progress with the parents.

Looking for a teacher with “younger energy” who can genuinely relate to a 14 year old girl. The right teacher will be patient, empathetic, and a team player who can be reactive to the needs and abilities of the student. Time off can be arranged in advance. The calendar will loosely follow that of the district.

Teacher candidates should have at least a BA/BS and state teacher certification (any state), along with some prior experience working with students who have learning differences. (Prior experience with dyslexia and ADHD is preferred, but not required.)
