We are looking for a detail-oriented data researcher who can help us build accurate homeowner contact lists. This work requires strong experience with skip-tracing tools, people-search platforms, and selecting the best matching personal email + mobile number for each property. Your responsibilities: • Look up the correct homeowner for a given address • Identify the most likely primary homeowner (based on age, name patterns, household relationships, etc.) • Select the best matching personal email • Select the correct mobile number (not VOIP or landline) • Deliver clean, organized rows in Google Sheets • Maintain high accuracy and consistency Ideal experience: • Skip tracing / property ownership research • BeenVerified, Spokeo, Intelius, WhitePages, TruePeopleSearch, FastPeopleSearch, etc. • Data entry with high attention to detail • Lead generation & data validation • Ability to handle 100–150 properties per day We provide: • Clear instructions • Ongoing long-term work • Reliable weekly payments This job is long-term for the right person.
