We’re seeking a 3D Writer to craft engaging, retention-driven scripts for disaster-focused YouTube videos. Using narrative-driven 3D reconstructions, you’ll educate and entertain millions by exploring the causes and consequences of real-world disasters. You will collaborate with a talented media team, driving the creation of impactful content that fuels growth and strengthens our brand. Responsibilities: - Write and deliver high-quality scripts for long-form YouTube videos weekly (2-3k words). - Develop narrative structures with 3D reconstructions to explain complex disaster cases. - Maintain an organized script archive and manage daily progress. - Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and research content ideas. - Contribute to content workflows, ensuring timely delivery and creative consistency. Requirements: - Proficiency in scriptwriting tools (Final Draft, Celtx, Google Docs). - Strong narrative structure knowledge or willingness to learn on-brand techniques. - Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach. - Alignment with NIA Production's core values.
