We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager / Operations contractor to run day-to-day delivery and operationalization of AICR (AI Custom Research), G2’s AI-moderated custom market-research capability. The role sits at the intersection of program management, vendor/panel ops, survey creation & QA, design handoffs, and cross-functional enablement. We’re looking for someone who can pick up and advance that work - running pilots, tightening SOPs, and owning end-to-end delivery and comms. Core responsibilities End-to-end project delivery: Manage intake → quoting → contracting → kickoff → AI survey creation → paneling → QA → design handoff → final delivery and archive. Ensure milestones and comms are tracked and recorded (Salesforce/SF tasks). Survey production & QA: Own creation of first-draft surveys within the SLA (first draft typically delivered within 72 hours of kickoff), manage the two allowed vendor iterations, monitor panel completion, run QA and craft the narrative/visual direction for design handoff. Design & delivery coordination: Coordinate with B5 for folder setup, SF task creation, and design process; ensure all key decisions and timing are documented in Salesforce and final assets are archived to the AICR Final Reports folder. Pilot program & productization: Run pilot cycles (proof-of-concepts) with 3–4 vendors, capture learnings, lead collaborator roundtables, and surface production/process changes to scale AICR. SOPs & process ownership: Maintain and update the AICR Master SOP and related process documentation; make ops playbooks accessible and enforceable across Sales, AIS, B5 and Finance. GTM & enablement support: Work with PMM/Marketing and Sales to create onboarding/Signing Comms templates, enablement assets, and milestone communications for vendors and Sales. Metrics & analytics: Define/collect success metrics for AICR deliverables (report completion, vendor feedback sessions, time-to-deliver, analytics on landing/waitlist usage) and produce regular status/insight reports. Stakeholder management & comms: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for Sales, Design, Finance and PMM and escalate promptly and appropriately; ensure clear, milestone-based communications to vendors and internal partners. Ideal background & skills: 3+ years program / project management or research operations experience in market research, professional services, or research product. Hands-on experience with survey design and paneling vendors Familiarity with Salesforce/CPQ, creating tasks and recording handoffs; experience running SLAs and milestone-based comms. Strong written communication — able to author SOPs, canned comms and vendor-facing templates. Comfortable coordinating with design teams and creating clean handoffs to external/internal designers (B5). Analytical mindset — able to define and report on product and GTM metrics (Google Analytics, GDA/Looker or similar preferred). Self-starter, proactive, brand-first POV — we’re looking for someone who documents and repeats work so everything scales
