I own a painting company and we currently use HighLevel (GHL) for our CRM and lead tracking. Our leads pipeline has multiple stages but no automation or nurturing at all. I need an experienced GHL automation expert to build a full system that engages, follows up, and tracks every lead from inquiry to close. Scope of Work: Audit our existing GHL account, including lead pipelines, triggers, forms, and campaigns. Create automated follow-up sequences (texts, emails, reminders, tasks) for: New inbound leads Missed calls / form fills Estimate no-shows Estimates sent but not signed Lost quotes / rehash campaigns Integrate automations between GHL and PaintScout (if possible) or email notifications. Build tags, triggers, and workflows to keep all leads moving through the pipeline. Clean up duplicate automations and organize workflows for future scaling. Provide a short Loom walkthrough when complete. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience setting up automations in HighLevel (not just using snapshots) Understands sales pipelines and home-service / contractor workflows Can write clear follow-up messages that convert (not robotic) English fluent and available for Zoom/Loom collaboration Deliverables: Fully functional lead nurture automation for all pipeline stages Trigger and workflow documentation 1 round of revisions after testing Timeline: 1 week max from hire date. Extras (optional but nice to have): Integration with PaintScout / Monday / Zapier Dashboard setup for reporting
