Superstars of Tomorrow — Education & Leadership Program We’re not just hiring a closer. We’re looking for someone who can own and shape the sales system behind a fast-growing, high-ticket education program — while also closing deals directly on Zoom calls and live webinars. This is a rare opportunity to join a mission-driven startup that equips teens and young adults with the real-world skills schools often miss: leadership, financial literacy, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking. What You’ll Do Act as the primary closer for Zoom calls, webinars, and other live events. Design and refine the sales process — from lead handoff to follow-up. Work with the founders and marketing team to align funnels, scripts, and outreach strategies. Help shape the entire revenue engine of a growing high-ticket education company. We sell a $5,000 program (currently discounted to $4,200) with flexible payment plans. Our leads come from Facebook ads and 2-hour webinars, so the calls are already booked. What we need is someone who can both convert these calls into clients and strengthen the full system that supports them. Why This Role is Different Most closers stop at reading a script. We’re looking for a partner who will: Close high-ticket deals on Zoom calls with pre-booked prospects. Build the foundation of our sales system — creating sales scripts, webinar pitch decks, Zoom call decks, email templates, and follow-up flows. Continuously refine these assets after every call and webinar, so conversions steadily improve. Contribute insight to messaging for ads and landing pages, keeping the whole journey aligned. (Preferred) Lead the closing portion of our live webinars ($75/hr for webinar sales segments). Everything you create as part of this role — including scripts, slides, emails, and system drafts — will become part of the Superstars of Tomorrow sales system. These deliverables are ours to keep, and you’ll keep improving them as you work with us, making them stronger and more effective over time. Compensation 40/hour for sale calls 2-4% commission per close. $70/hr for running webinar sales segments. $200 milestone for producing the first draft of the sales system (scripts, decks, emails). We’ll begin with a 6-week trial period. If the fit is strong and the results are clear, we’ll continue longer-term with greater scaling potential.
