We are hiring a High-Risk Merchant Account Manager with direct, proven experience in payment gateways (NMI) and CheckoutChamp or a comparable high-risk CRM. You must have prior high-risk processing experience. Role Overview: You will manage all high-risk merchant accounts end to end. This includes preparing and packaging applications with our ISOs, assisting in finalizing the websites, coordinating directly with banks under tight timelines, and acting as the primary communication bridge throughout the approval process. You will also be responsible for daily performance monitoring, payout tracking, and ensuring each MID stays healthy and compliant. This is a full time role and you will be busy.
