We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the self-care/beauty niche, and we’re looking for a high-level AI Creative Strategist. This is NOT a simple static image editor job. We need someone who understands DTC marketing psychology, persona research, angle development, and horizontal scaling through creative ideation. Your role is a mix of AI creative execution and strategic thinking. You help us find new pockets of the market, new desires, new problems to solve, and new ways to position our self-care/beauty products through image and video creatives. 🌟 Your Responsibilities - Create high-performing AI static image ads using advanced tools (e.g., Google Gemini, NanoBanana Pro, and Higgsfield—or similar top-tier platforms). - Write high-converting ad copy: Multiple variations for Primary Text, Headlines, and Descriptions (optimized for direct response). - Strategically explore new user personas and identify untapped audience segments within the self-care and beauty market. - Develop new angles, emotional desires, and creative concepts based on deep consumer psychology. - Research competitor ads, winning creative trends, and emerging aesthetic directions in the beauty space. - Create simple AI-enhanced video edits for testing (bonus, not required). - Work closely with our marketing team to test, refine, and scale winning creative assets. - Follow our SOPs while consistently bringing fresh strategic ideas to the table. 🎯 What We’re Looking For - Experience creating ads for DTC brands, ideally in the beauty, wellness, or self-care categories. - Deep understanding of awareness stages, funnels, and emotional triggers relevant to consumer purchasing habits. - Ability to analyze the market and proactively propose new personas and product angles. - Strong skills in AI image generation and editing.
