Here’s Johnny Home & Commercial Services is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage customer communication, organize our CRM (Markate), and support our growing seasonal and year-round service business. We specialize in pressure washing, window cleaning, commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and Christmas light installation across the DFW area. This role has strong long-term growth potential for the right person. ⸻ 📌 Position: Virtual Assistant (Part-Time to Full-Time Potential) Remote | Flexible Hours | Long-Term Opportunity ⸻ ⭐ Key Responsibilities Customer Communication • Respond to customer messages (text, email, Markate) • Follow up with new leads and existing customers • Send scheduling updates and reminders • Keep customer interactions professional and friendly Quoting & Estimates • Measure rooflines using Google Earth for Christmas light quotes • Enter footage into pricing sheets • Send quotes through Markate • Follow up on sent estimates CRM Management (Markate) • Update customer contacts • Create service tags and categories • Organize leads in pipeline stages • Keep notes, photos, and job details organized • Assist with terms/conditions, service descriptions, and templates Lead Flow & Admin Tasks • Track leads by source • Organize incoming messages • Keep schedules updated • Prepare weekly reports Marketing Support • Post on Facebook & Instagram regularly • Upload before/after photos • Help with basic templates, flyers, or announcements • Assist with email/SMS blasts in Markate ⸻ ⭐ Requirements • Strong English (written) • Reliable communication & quick response time • Experience with CRMs (Markate preferred but not required) • Ability to learn quickly and work independently • Good attention to detail • Comfortable using Google Earth/Maps for measurements • Experience assisting service businesses is a plus ⸻ ⭐ What We Offer • Long-term stable role • Consistent weekly hours (to grow over time) • Training provided • Growth into operations, scheduling, or management • Opportunity to help build Here’s Johnny 2.0 systems • Supportive, flexible environment ⸻ ⭐ How to Apply Send a short message with: 1.
