Course Designer / VA for Canva Slide Design + Video Integration (Live Brave & TopScore) About the Role I’m looking for a talented and reliable Virtual Assistant or Course Designer to help build two major online programs: Live Brave Framework — 8-module personal development and leadership course based on the BRAVE principles (Bravery, Resilience, Authenticity, Vulnerability, Empathy). TopScore Interview Series — a suite of 8-module courses (Firefighter, Healthcare/Nurse, and Law Enforcement) that prepare candidates to perform at their best in interviews and leadership roles. Scope of Work Design and animate Canva slide decks (20–30 slides per module) Combine voiceovers, intros/outros, and transitions into final MP4 video lessons Deliver final MP4 videos + editable Canva decks (for updates or rebranding) Apply provided logos, fonts, and color palette to maintain consistent visual identity Ensure visuals are clean, professional, and emotionally engaging Technical Requirements Canva (advanced) Basic video editing (merging slides, syncing audio, adding intros/outros) Familiarity with Kajabi (or willingness to learn) Reliable internet and consistent communication Optional but helpful: experience with Thinkific, PowerPoint, or e-learning design Timeline & Budget Duration: 8 weeks total Rate: $7–$15/hour (based on experience) Payment: per module or milestone basis Ideal Candidate Strong visual sense and attention to detail Excellent English comprehension and reliability Experience designing courses, presentations, or marketing decks Friendly, proactive, and open to feedback Long-term interest in ongoing projects across multiple courses To Apply Please include: A link to your portfolio (especially Canva or course design work) Your hourly rate and timezone Example of a course, video, or slide deck you’ve built A short message describing why this type of work motivates you
