We are a fast-growing startup preparing for our next round of capital raising. We already have a detailed financial proforma built in Excel and have updated the 2025 operating data. However, we need a finance professional (MBA, FP&A analyst, or someone with strong financial modeling experience) to: Review and update formulas across the proforma Ensure all assumptions flow correctly through the financial statements (income statement, cash flow, balance sheet as applicable) Incorporate our updated 2025 data and adjust projections accordingly Clean up the model where needed for clarity and investor presentation Ideal Candidate: Strong background in startup finance, FP&A, or investment banking Proficiency in Excel financial modeling (formulas, linking assumptions, dynamic projections) Experience with venture-backed startup proformas and capital raising decks preferred Detail-oriented and able to work quickly with existing data Please include examples of prior financial models or proformas you’ve built/updated in your proposal.
