Job Summary:
The Healthcare Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for enrollment processes with health insurance plans, with a focus on Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) enrollment and maintenance. This position serves as a key liaison between the healthcare organization and insurance payers to ensure proper enrollment and timely reimbursement.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate the ERA and EFT enrollment process with multiple healthcare insurance plans
• Monitor enrollment status and follow up on pending applications
• Verify provider information accuracy across all payer platforms
• Maintain detailed records of enrollment activities and deadlines
• Coordinate with billing staff to ensure proper payment posting and reconciliation
• Stay current with payer requirements and regulatory changes
- 2+ years of healthcare payer enrollment or cash application
- Driven to ask questions and find solutions
- Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $42,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
