Beyond Borders is a boutique headhunter agency on a mission to find top-tier global talent for US businesses. We’ve just launched and are looking for our first Headhunter from the Philippines to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a startup and play a key role in building it from the ground up. As our first Headhunter, you will source, screen, and present top candidates to clients. You will help establish and refine our recruiting process, deliver excellent results and provide high touch service for both clients and candidates, and have the chance to grow into a leadership position as the company scales. In the first week, you’ll set up our Manatal ATS pipelines, job templates, workflows, and client stages to streamline our recruiting process. You’ll also document workflows and create SOPs to make it easy to scale as the team grows. Once setup is complete, you’ll move into active headhunting across key markets as we begin running ads and onboarding clients. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated by both impact and earnings. On top of your base pay, you have the potential to earn a 10% commission for every successful placement, plus performance-based bonuses for consistent, high-quality results.
