with Roche policies You influence enterprise-wide workforce planning efforts by delivering robust analytics, capacity modeling, and actionable insights to senior leadership You identify and drive innovation opportunities in automation, analytics tooling, or enterprise planning systems (e.g., Anaplan, Tableau, Adaptive Insights) to increase planning efficiency and quality You lead and develop a multi-layered team of leaders, resource planners, financial analysts, and metrics experts across diverse geographies You ensure appropriate team structure, skill mix, and capacity to deliver strategic priorities and day-to-day operational excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment You provide coaching and leadership development to direct reports, empowering them to operate
