𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐔𝐬 We are a fast-growing software house working on SaaS products and AI-powered solutions for businesses. Our mission is to scale globally and build a world-class growth engine. We’re looking for a Head of Growth who can take full ownership of sales and marketing, drive revenue, and eventually step into a CMO or even Co-Founder role if aligned. This is not just a sales job it’s about building a department, processes, and team from scratch. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨 Take ownership of the entire sales cycle (from lead generation to closing). Build and execute a scalable growth strategy for SaaS and AI solutions. Create repeatable systems, SOPs, and playbooks for sales. Work directly with leadership on market positioning and partnerships. Hire and lead a sales/marketing team as we grow. Drive a metrics-first culture (pipeline, win rates, CAC/LTV, renewals). 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 Commission + Base + Equity (details will be discussed with shortlisted candidates). Long-term growth incentives for someone who proves capable and committed. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫 Strong experience in tech/SaaS/AI sales and growth roles. Proven track record of closing deals and scaling revenue. Ability to design processes and build teams from scratch. Startup or fast-growth background preferred. A strategic thinker who is also a hands-on executor.
