- Key Responsibilities
- Creative, Media & Production Oversight
- Oversee creative services, including design, video and media production to ensure brand consistency and emotional resonance.
- Lead the development of immersive employee storytelling strategies that amplify company culture, leadership vision and enterprise priorities through innovative media formats.
- Leverage analytics and feedback tools to measure engagement impact and continuously refine storytelling and event strategies.
- Lead production planning for live and virtual events, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Champion innovation in visual identity and content creation, including AI, 3D, and interactive media to deliver high-impact across hybrid platforms.
- Enterprise Events Leadership
- Design and deliver elevated executive and board experiences that reflect Anywhere’s strategic priorities and brand prestige.
- Lead end-to-end planning and flawless execution of enterprise-wide events, including flagship conferences and leadership summits.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define messaging, agenda, and content strategy tailored to audience needs.
- Manage venue sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships to ensure premium service delivery.
- Collaborate with brand-level teams to support business unit meetings.
- Identify opportunities to bundle sourcing and negotiate multi-event concessions to maximize value.
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders through diplomacy and cross-functional partnership.
- Team, Vendor & Budget Leadership
- Lead a cross-functional team spanning events, production, media, and design.
- Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with enterprise goals.
- Manage department budget, including forecasting, allocation, and cost optimization.
- Identify and onboard new vendors to fill capability gaps and support evolving business needs.
- Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, technology adoption, and resource optimization.

- 12+ years of experience in corporate events and production
- 3+ years of leadership experiences building and scaling high-performing events and productions teams

- Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in event analytics and ROI measurement
