The Role We are seeking a dynamic Head of AI Innovation & Client Solutions to lead AI projects for our clients. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you will: Act as the face of AI expertise for our clients, demonstrating thought leadership and clarity. Run workshops and seminars to educate business leaders on what AI can do. Translate client goals into AI solutions by scoping projects, recommending architectures, and driving execution. Build and manage a flexible team of AI engineers/programmers, scaling as client demand grows. Work directly with clients to prototype, test, and iterate solutions that solve real business problems. Requirements Fluent, professional English (spoken and written). Deep experience leading AI projects and teams. Comfort with both client-facing education/workshops and technical project execution. Strong entrepreneurial mindset: flexible, experimental, and able to navigate ambiguity. Hands-on ability to direct programmers (and preferably code yourself in Python/AI frameworks). Network or ability to quickly assemble a strong AI engineering team to meet client needs. Ideal Candidate You are a hybrid leader: part consultant, part educator, part builder. You can sit with a CEO and explain AI in plain English, then turn to your team and guide them in building agents, LLM integrations, automation workflows, or custom solutions.
