Much of the asset and liability information gathering will be handled on our side — we mainly need someone who can ensure all required steps are completed properly, filed on time, and compliant with California probate law and local court rules. Scope of Work: Review estate structure and confirm what is subject to probate. Prepare and file required petitions, notices, and forms. Coordinate with the probate referee for appraisals (if needed). Handle creditor notice/claim requirements. Advise on bond requirements (if applicable). Prepare and file the final accounting and petition for distribution.
