Gyro Republic is a fast-casual Mediterranean/QSR brand based in Texas, scaling aggressively with the goal of 500+ stores worldwide. We’re known for bold flavors, efficient systems, and a “Kindness First” culture. We’re in hyper-growth mode: expanding through corporate stores + franchising, with a strong focus on AUV growth, loyalty adoption, and menu innovation. We’re looking for a Marketing & Strategy Expert who can own execution + strategy and help us reach extreme growth. ⸻ Role Overview Role Overview We need a hands-on growth partner who can: • Develop and execute full-stack marketing strategies (digital ads, loyalty, influencer, franchise recruitment, PR, catering). • Drive AUV growth at the store level through proven acquisition and retention tactics. • Design, manage, and track our rewards program (signups, visits, segmentation, churn, customer lifetime value). • Research and recommend menu innovations + LTOs (data-driven, trend-based, culturally relevant). • Launch and grow our Catering program, with the goal of reaching 15% of total sales via catering. • Build campaigns from concept to launch (ads, content, community activations, franchise recruitment, catering pushes). • Monitor results with data dashboards, optimize CAC/LTV, and track loyalty + catering performance. • Collaborate with leadership to refine positioning, branding, and long-term growth roadmap. ⸻ Responsibilities Growth & Strategy • Design 12-month marketing calendars with AUV growth, loyalty pushes, catering campaigns, and national initiatives. • Run paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Search, Maps, Display). • Develop geo-fencing conquest campaigns targeting competitor trade areas. • Create franchise recruitment funnels (LinkedIn, BizBuySell, industry ads, retargeting). • Manage influencer/UGC campaigns and community partnerships. Loyalty & Rewards Program • Design, manage, and optimize rewards program campaigns. • Track and grow signups, repeat visits, and customer segment performance. • Use data-driven segmentation to increase retention, frequency, and AUV. Catering Growth • Launch and scale catering program, targeting corporate, schools, events, and local communities. • Build marketing playbooks and campaigns to drive catering adoption. • Achieve 15% of sales from catering within set timeframe. Data & Performance • Build dashboards/KPIs to track AUV, CAC, LTV, loyalty growth, catering share, and ROI. • Optimize spend allocation for maximum store-level and systemwide growth. • Report weekly on wins, risks, and pivots. Menu Innovation Research • Research food trends, competitor LTOs, and consumer insights to drive new menu items. • Provide quarterly menu innovation reports with actionable recommendations. • Work with ops/culinary to test and validate high-potential items. ⸻ 💰 Compensation • Base Fee: Negotiable (depending on expertise, $2,500–$4,000/month expected). • Aggressive Incentives: Performance-based bonuses tied directly to: • AUV Growth (monthly % lift vs baseline) • Loyalty/Membership Signups (Republic Plus / Legend tiers) • Franchise Deal Flow (qualified leads generated) • Upside Potential: This is a growth-linked role — the more you help us scale, the more you earn with the potential of becoming the CMO of 1 of the fastest growing halal restaurant brand. ⸻ Ideal Candidate • Proven experience in restaurant/QSR/fast-casual marketing (multi-unit preferred). • Hands-on execution ability (ads, loyalty programs, catering campaigns). • Strong data + analytical skills (CAC, LTV, AUV optimization, segmenting loyalty). • Familiarity with menu innovation research and consumer trend analysis. • Experience launching or scaling a restaurant catering program. • Comfortable working directly with CEO/founder in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. • Creative thinker + operator: someone who can turn ideas into measurable results quickly. ⸻ When applying, please include: 1.
