Our organization is currently profitable and experiencing rapid growth. ## Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Hacker with expertise in B2B AI and Cybersecurity to spearhead our customer acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in developing and executing innovative growth strategies, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance user acquisition and retention. This role will require close collaboration with our marketing and product teams to identify growth opportunities and implement effective campaigns. ## Key Responsibilities ### Thought Leadership - Generate daily content on LinkedIn/X focused on AI security, data breaches, and post-quantum cryptography. - Organize webinars and virtual events addressing emerging cybersecurity threats. - Develop educational content that establishes our organization as a leading authority in AI security. ### Growth Execution - Implement multi-touch Sales Development Representative (SDR) campaigns utilizing platforms such as Apollo, Clay, and Koala. - Optimize Google Ads and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies for AI security-related keywords. - Craft and execute cold email outreach sequences targeting Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and security leaders. - Engage in social media growth hacking within cybersecurity communities. ### Channel Development - Facilitate the enablement of channel partners, distributors, and resellers. - Support low-risk enterprise trial initiatives. - Foster connections with cybersecurity investors. - Provide go-to-market (GTM) support for our AI security solutions. ## Qualifications - A technical background in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), cloud computing, or cybersecurity. - Proven experience in driving growth for B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) companies. - Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal. - Familiarity with Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms. - Strong skills in content creation for LinkedIn/X. - A commitment to human-driven outreach, with no reliance on AI Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience within the AI or cybersecurity industries. - Knowledge of channel sales strategies. - Understanding of Multi-Cloud Protection (MCP) protocols. - Experience in startup environments. **Application Instructions:** Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume along with a detailed example of their most effective B2B growth hack.
