Hello Ongoing Graphic Designer Needed for High-Volume Ecommerce Ad Creatives About Us We’re a fast-growing 7-figure ecommerce beauty brand (lashes & skincare) scaling aggressively on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). We produce hundreds of ads per month and are looking for a graphic designer to join our creative rotation. If you love designing scroll-stopping static ads, carousels, and product graphics that get results, this is for you. The Role: We need designers who can: Create 10–15 new static ad creatives per week (UGC screenshots, quote graphics, product highlights, offer ads). Adapt and iterate designs quickly based on feedback. Work with brand guidelines + templates while still bringing fresh ideas. Deliver files optimized for Meta + TikTok placements. Requirements: Experience designing direct-response ecommerce ads (NOT just pretty graphics — we need conversion-focused work). Strong portfolio with proven ad examples. Ability to hit deadlines without excuses. Comfortable with fast-paced testing environment (we fire what doesn’t work, double down on winners). Proficiency in Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator (bonus if you can animate statics into GIF/video formats). How We Work: We’ll provide winning formats, text overlays, and brand assets.
