We are seeking a talented graphic designer to assist in collecting anime assets for video production and creating high-quality thumbnails for our channel. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for anime. Your job will be to read each script and create a complete graphics pack (illustrations, overlays, and anime scene assets) that our editors can animate. You’ll also create YouTube thumbnails that are optimized for CTR. Responsibilities: Review the full anime explainer script (usually 8–10 pages). Create ready-to-animate layered design files (PSD/AI/PNG) that include: Stylized characters or symbols from the anime. Anime scene references (stills, cropped clips, or GIFs). Design one thumbnail per video. Collaborate with editors to make sure assets align with the pacing and tone of each scene. Maintain organized file naming, layer labeling, and consistent design standards. Requirements: Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva Ability to extract and clean up anime clips, screenshots, and GIFs for reuse in design packs. Familiarity with anime aesthetics, color palettes, and shot composition. Fluent in English for reading scripts and taking direction.
