We unify: Lou, our AI maintenance assistant Lou+, our fully conversational voice AI HelloSpoke VoIP, our full property phone system Resident communication tools PMS integrations (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, etc.) We help property teams reduce emergency false alarms, streamline maintenance calls, communicate with residents faster, and run operations with clarity and calm. But we’re not trying to be another boring prop-tech company. Our new brand direction is: Human-first Fun but professional A touch of 8-bit nostalgia (playful pixel edges, icons, characters, textures) Clean SaaS UI (Intercom/Stripe style professionalism) Bold, clear communication A trustworthy but warm visual tone We want to look premium, intelligent — and a little fun. Project Overview We need a website UI/UX designer to help us design a fully refreshed multi-page marketing website in Figma that will later be built in WordPress (Kadence). You will not be responsible for coding — we have a WP developer for that. Your job is to deliver the visual system and page designs that represent the new HelloSpoke brand. What We're Looking For A Web Designer, not just a graphic designer Someone who understands: SaaS website layouts Conversion-focused sections Clean UI Navigation patterns Multi-page structure Responsive design A designer with personality We want professional, but with fun, nostalgic touches: Slightly 8-bit character art Pixel-style iconography Retro-inspired accents Think: “If Slack, Intercom, and early Nintendo had a child — but still looked Fortune-500 capable.” A Figma expert We need organized: Frames Components Text styles Color system Reusable blocks Responsive breakpoints No messy files. Someone who understands SaaS storytelling We need: Clean feature sections Clear benefits layout Product visuals Human-centric messaging A mega-menu design for a complex platform A navigation structure that makes the platform easy to digest Fast turnaround (1–3 weeks preferred) We want someone who can work efficiently and communicate clearly.
