About
We’re looking for a freelancer who can take over Gorgias account management and optimization, while also handling customer tickets that our AI-chat and AI-email automations pass over. This role is part CX specialist, part systems optimizer — making sure our support flows are efficient, accurate, and customer-friendly. Requirements • Hands-on experience with Gorgias (AI-chat, AI-email, rules, automations). • Strong written communication skills; customer-first tone. • Ability to troubleshoot Shopify-linked order issues within Gorgias. • Experience optimizing help desk workflows (macros, SLAs, tagging). • Comfort working with a startup team — proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused. Engagement Details • Freelance, remote • Flexible hours (with some responsiveness during US business hours) • Weekly check-ins with our core team • Scope: ~10–15 hours/week to start, with potential to scale as we grow
