See below for the instruction: As part of your application, please complete a short design test: Create 2–3 sample slides in Google Slides or PowerPoint Theme: Kresko, with a consulting-style (McKinsey-inspired) look (see attached documents for your reference on color palette, fonts, etc; 2 images are for your datas numbers and chart/graph) Include a mix of charts, tables, and text Use placeholder content — we are focused on your design approach Responsibilities Design branded presentation templates aligned with Kresko’s brand guidelines Deliver a McKinsey-style, consulting-quality look and feel across decks Ensure clean layouts, structured flow, and professional formatting Apply consistent design to charts, tables, and text elements Requirements At least 3 years of experience in presentation or graphic design Advanced skills in Google Slides (PowerPoint proficient nice to have) Expertise in creating Slide Masters and Layouts Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines Prior experience designing consulting or corporate-style presentations is a plus
