I need a Google Sheets expert to help me build a dynamic Buyer Search tool for my commercial real estate business. You will create a clean, multi-criteria filtering system (Asset Class, State, Region) tied to my master buyer database. Filters must work together and ignore any blank fields. You must be highly skilled with FILTER/IF logic and able to finalize this with me on a Zoom call. I have attached the sheet I have worked out so far but the "Buyer Search" tab you will see the part that is not working
