Title AppSheet Builder for Home Window Measuring App + Send Data to Go High-Level Summary Build a Google AppSheet app that lets us create a home/project and add unlimited windows (room, floor, type, sizes, options, notes, photos). Data must be easy to review/edit later and, on submit, be sent to Go High-Level (GHL) for downstream quoting/contract steps. Scope of Work 1. AppSheet data model Projects (Homes) ProjectID (UNIQUEID, hidden key) CustomerName Address Date Notes Windows (child of Projects) WindowID (UNIQUEID, hidden key) Project (Ref → Projects; Is part of = ON) Floor (Enum: Basement, 1, 2, 3, Loft) Room (Enum: top 10 list; allow other values) Type (Enum: Single-Hung, Double-Hung, Slider, Casement, Awning, Picture, Bay, Bow, Garden, Specialty/Arched) Width (Number, inches) Height (Number, inches) Opens (Enum: Left, Right, Up, Fixed, None) Notes (LongText) Photo (Image) 2. App behavior & UX Parent/child workflow: Add a Project, then add multiple Windows under it. Duplicate Window action (clone a row to speed entry). Friendly labels: Windows “Description” virtual column = [Room] - [Type] [Width]x[Height]; set as Label. Validation: positive number checks for Width/Height; required fields. Simple views: Projects list and detail; inline Windows table per Project; Window form with logical field order. 3. Integration (phase 1 “send to GHL”) On submit (or button), send the Project + all related Windows to GHL via webhook/API or Make/Zapier. Create/update a record in GHL (contact/opportunity and a windows payload). Include basic mapping doc (what AppSheet fields go to which GHL fields). Log success/failure status back to AppSheet (simple text column). 4. Admin & handoff Regenerate columns and keys correctly set. Security/UX: hide key columns; enable offline capture/sync. Short how-to doc (1–2 pages) with screenshots: add a home, add windows, duplicate, submit to GHL. Deliverables Live AppSheet app connected to a sample Google Sheet. Working webhook/automation that posts real sample data to a test GHL destination (or to a Make/Zapier scenario that then posts to GHL). Field-mapping document (AppSheet → GHL). One-page user guide. Acceptance Criteria Create a Project and add 15+ Windows quickly (including duplicates). Reopen the Project and see/edit all windows. Press Submit and see the data appear in GHL (or confirmed in Make/Zapier logs and then in GHL). Windows listed in GHL are correctly tied to the right Project/Contact. No duplicate-key or missing-field errors. Nice-to-Have (not required for this post) Optional cost virtual columns in AppSheet. Auto-generated PDF summary saved to Drive and attached to the GHL record. Required Experience Proven AppSheet apps with parent/child tables, enums, virtual columns, actions. Webhooks/API integrations (ideally with Go High-Level or via Make/Zapier). Clear communication and clean documentation. What to Include in Your Proposal Brief plan for the GHL send (direct API vs Make/Zapier) and why. Estimated timeline and fixed price. Any assumptions or recommended tweaks. Notes We may expand later to calculators, proposals, and e-sign.
